Carolinas District

The Carolinas District is the newest district in the Barbershop Harmony Society, officially granted its district status at the 2010 BHS International Convention in Philadelphia, PA. This youngest district formed when it split from the Dixie District and consists of North and South Carolina, which gives it its abbreviation: NSC.

Contests

The Carolinas Distict currently has their main competition in the Spring. The Spring contest qualifies quartets and choruses for International competitions.

Additionally, in the Fall there is a Fall Festival event which currently has the District quartet competition. The Fall Festival also contains lots of coaching and other fun events.

Contests have been and continue to be located throughout the Carolinas.
