Describe the category/contest, please. This acronym is different from the historical "SPEBSQSA", so perhaps some explanation is in order.

• This category and quartet don't seem to appear on BHS's list of champions. Is it too new, or is it a different beast altogether?
• Is this US-only, as the acronym suggests?
• The first winners look senior-ish. Is this seniors only?
