Prestige or Steel City Incline?

Is Steel City Incline the 2010 champion? Prestige had a higher score but competed out of district to qualify. They were a JAD rep, but not sure if competing elsewhere gives up the JAD champ status. --Casey Parsons 01:56, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Do we have collegiate champs?
