In 1990 Showtime did a comedy set with parodies based on the Dick Tracy movies that evidently did not go well with the judges, however it went over well with the audience, they unfortunately did not even make the top 20.

Showtime competed in the 1991 regional competition due to not making the top 10 in the 1990 international competition.
